Rapid Media came up to my place for an interview and to go paddling
yesterday. It was bright and sunny but a little chilly; luckily for us
the water was still in a liquid state. Scott worn his big puffy down
jacket and toque and I had my cozy
Tilley Endurables wool hat so we were
happy and warm. I did do a bit of teaching and it went really well but
Scott and Mike's eyes did bulge noticeably when I was up to my elbows in
icy water demonstrating the circle stroke. I urged Scott to get that
rail on the water which he did and he then proceeded to nail some of the
fancier moves from my new
Advanced Classic Solo Canoeing dvd. It was a
really great way to spend the day and probably one of the last days of
paddling this year. Thanks for the memories and good times fellas.
